Barack Obama Surprise Patients at DC Children's Hospital as Santa
Former President Barack Obama went to DC Children's Hospital wearing red fluffy cap and having a bag full of gifts for the patients on Wednesday. As he entered in there , a big crowed of carolers warmly welcome him with cheers by singing:
" We wish you a Merry Christmas " .
First he visit to Hospital's Playroom and then went to all patients and distribute gifts like Jigsaw puzzles , hot wheel sets, Remote control cars and other goodies which spread smiles to all ....
Kurt Newman, chief executive and president of Children’s National Health System said
“At such a busy time of year, when no one wants to be in the hospital, his natural warmth lifted the spirits of those kids, their parents and of each staff member he met along the way.”
Obama Clause took one on one visit to children and patients.
Before leaving, Obama praised the staff for working in holidays .
"I just want to Say Thank you to all of you guys." Obama said "we had a chance to talk to some of the wonderful kids and their families at a time that is obviously tough for folks ."
Obama posed for selfies with patients and handing out hugs as posted on Instagram...
