Interview
Before the world war 2 a genius fresh graduate was applying for a vacant in the railways , at that time railways jobs were one of the best jobs , graduates were interested in this kind of jobs
He was called for the interview at the interview, The interviewer asked a question as he was checking his ability to handle the tough situations: "If you are asked to use the things used in railways then can u do that ??
the boys replied "yes" without thinking even a second .
"If such a situation is created that one train is coming from the east station and the other train is approaching from the west station and there are going to smash each other what can you do then"
The boy said "I would change the cross point without thinking any more in such a way that both would pass on different lines."
"OK! lets suppose if the button is out of order and it is not working" interviewer asked.
" I would go to the security room and would push the lever physically to change the lines"
"The interviewer smiled and if the the lever is out of order?" interviewer asked again.
"In such situation i would call the next station to help me and change the lines ," boy said.
"And if the telephone is not working and there is no technician around you?" interviewer asked.
The boy got surprised, he was speechless after thinking for a few seconds he said .
"I would go to my father and bring him with me "
"Your father would resolve the issue ??" interviewer asked .
Boy smiled and said "No sir!" actually he has not seen trains smashing each other before !"
